Shipping

We use DPD for UK deliveries, your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm and will require a signature on receipt.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, DPD will leave a calling card informing you to collect your parcel from your local DPD depot.

UK Orders

£3.95 for shipping on all orders under £100.
Free shipping to mainland UK on all orders over £100.
Next day special delivery available at £6.95 for consignment.

European Orders

£9.95 for first item, £1.95 on each additional item.

World-Wide Orders

£13.95 for first item, £1.95 on each additonal item.

Please Note

All orders will require a signature on delivery, please ensure that some one is at the delivery address to do this. If you are away from the delivery address our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot or sorting office.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

PAYMENT DETAILS & SECURITY

All payments to S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd are handled securely by PayPal. PayPal accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, PayPal will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by PayPal.
