Prices & Currencies Accepted

All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments must be made by via PayPal and only cards accepted by PayPal can make payments.

S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd can only accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

All prices are as stated on the Website but S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

Availability

All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd will contact you to arrange this via email.

Payment Details & Security

All payments to S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd are handled securely by PayPal. PayPal accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, PayPal will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by PayPal.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email to our stock department online@locationclothing.com or by telephone on +44 (0) 161 834 7060 during office hours.

In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.

S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd stands by the products it makes. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are.  So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

Warranties

S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if S&M (Hosiery) Co. Ltd has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
